swimming in the hotel pool was a good relax after a trip and a walk around the city.

the hotel needs some upgrade, in my opinion.

The absolute friendliness of the personnel, their serviability, politeness. I'd like to particularly congratulate the Hotel Manager Mohammed for his professionalism, nice, quick and efficient.Such a gentleman!

I realized it is a local 4 stars hotel, requiring some upgrade of the facilities which design, look, are fairly old and damaged in some parts but the space of the bedroom and of the bathroom is perfect; the breakfast is quite limited and daily the same.

Actually, the only thing i liked during my stay was,the professional handeling and dealing of the staff with the situations i passed through. If the hotel provides them better facilities, they could be the best staff.

I really was disappointed about a 4 star hotel level, regarding the fourniture, broken mirror, broken tv,bad towels even shredded, dirty carpit, unservisable telephone, picture wasn't clear on the tv,poor toilet facilities...but thanks god the hotel staff were amazing and dealt well with the situation

The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel Wifi is complimentary as well, but was only working part of the time I was there, and was only accessible in the downstairs lobby area.

I didn't like this hotel at all. It does not offer a free airport shuttle!! You must either take a cab from the Airport to this hotel, or ride the train from the Airport basement to the 2nd stop (Casavoyeur) then take a cab from there, which is what I did. The free Wifi internet only worked part of the time, and is only accessible in the downstairs lobby area. Not available in your room. The shower took 15 minutes (i'm not exaggerating) to warm up to a temperature that was "tolerable" to take a shower. I stayed on the 14th floor. The hot water tank must be in the basement?! The hotel staff was hospitable, but only 1 or 2 knew English somewhat. One of the hotel staff employees upon checking in asked to keep my passport for 1 hour. I said no way!! Don't let them keep your passport!!! Tell him no!!! It only takes 5 minutes to copy down the info he needed onto a sheet of paper and hand it back to you! Who knows what he was planning to do with it! The environment outside this hotel is very city-like. Not tourist friendly. You need to hale another cab, if you wish to go downtown to the party district, Hassan Mosque, or the famous Rick's Cafe. None of those are walking distance from the hotel. They claim this to be a 4-star hotel. For 50-60 Euro's, you can do way better than this hotel. It's probably a 1-2 star hotel in American standards!

very good location. tha crew were o.k. the rooms were big clean and comfort. the breakfast was full.

the rooms were not ready for tripel at the time. the elevetor was very slow.

Big room and quite good bathroom (not perfect)

Poor breakfest (without tea), dirty room

The fact that all staff were very polite, and the room was absolutely clean.

The breakfast needs improvements in little things that destroys your day. The croissants were not fresh, the plate for the corn flakes was dirty for at least one moth, the coffe potts were broken and with the first try of filling the cup, the coffe run from the sides, the chese was old cutted and were making wings at the sides. The strange noises from the elevator should be isolated because it makes weman unsecure and gives negative ideas of the maintenance

There is a nice view from 11th floor. It might be better from the sea side, but we never had a chance to see for ourselves. Wifi works OK. There is nice place called "Cafe Casablanca" nearby.

Most likely this hotel was nice at most in mid-80's, not now. It needs a lot of work. Hotel staff was a bit relaxed and didn't care much about guests rather than cared about themselves. When we arrived as well as next day they seems to be preoccupied with chatters rather than guests. One elevator didn't work and the remaining two made strange noise which makes you scared while going down from 11th floor. On one occasion we actually had to use staircase. Breakfast is a French style sweet poor buffet. Water is somewhat only warm just after 5-10 minutes. Bathroom tiles were covered with blackish mold. We didn't dare to sit or touch an armchair as it was turning grey/black from the original brown or pink (not sure).

Is better to stay in this hotel rather than in the medina, I guess. The breakfast was not bad and the ac in the room either.

It seems it has stopped in the 80s. Really old and some parts are broken, quite dark and for the europeans is not even an 1 star Hotel (and they have 4). The swimming poll has hundreds of pigeons surrounding it and didnt looked clean. The beds were ok but the bathroom is really dirty and old. In the reception is difficult to get someone that speaks english. It is ok for one night and thats all.

I liked how the rooms were nice and tidy and how the staff carried our bags to our room.

Staff did not speak well english

It was a nightmare! We literally escaped from that hotel as it were the land of Mordor!!! Extremely dirty, with bath full of spiders, smelling pee, yellowish water from tap, dirty carpet, dust on table bed, on bed, everywhere!!! At breakfast, we were so disgusted that we could not even have a piece of the rotten cheese and ham they were offering. Even coffee was vomiting. And on top of that, hotel service people were extremely uneducated and aggressive. It was very embarrassing the moment we said we were leaving before end of reservation because they started to address us very aggressively. I truly advice not to go there and I still cannot believe they conserve the 4 stars!!!

I did not like anything at all!!! Worst ever experience in my life!

    The staff was nice.

The hotel was filthy, including my first room having trash in it, open soap in the bathroom and sheets possibly unchanged. You shouldn't take your shoes off because the carpet is really unsanitary and do not swim in the pool. Th e air conditioning is also really old and unsanitary, plus it broke the second night and they couldn't fix it. Lastly it is really loud on both the street and pool side (although the pool side is better). I have traveled to worked hospitals all over African and slept outside on the ground in a tents, so this is not coming from someone who is used to luxury. Also when I say unsanitary, I am a doctor and I mean that I believe you could get sick from these things. If you want to stay healthy and actually sleep in Casablanca, I recommend you do not stay here.
